Bought for my BBL with Lipo surgery and used it to create an arch in my lower back. Worked good but it does slip a lot. I would fall asleep with it in place and wake up with it at my neck. Somehow it just seems to move around as you sweat.I starting using a band to keep it in place because I was required to wear this for 7 days after.
