what is the thickness of the heavy duty foil?? how many mil ??

Since I don't own a pair of calipers, I googled the answer. Standard aluminum foil is 0.016 mm (0.63 mils); Heavy Duty foil is 0.024 mm (0.94 mils) thick. Hope this helps.

yes. The foil has changed. its thinner, but it is still durable and more so, than the regular stuff.
