Excellent textbook
I hated to return this textbook as it is beautiful & well written for student, professional & technical bakers alike. Sadly i ordered the wrong textbooks, but Amazon & the seller were very gracious about the whole return & refund process. The return couldn't have been simpler. I took it to the UPS store & showed them the email with bar code. UPS took care of everything.
