Not very effective. Although much cheaper than going to a dentist for a hygiene appointment which costs £70.

I’m fanatical about cleaning and checking my teeth so this kit is really handy. The mirror is great for examining the back of my teeth and the areas I can’t easily see. The scraper also reaches areas my toothbrush can’t like very close to the gum line on the back teeth which makes a big difference.

Bought this for general oral hygiene the products are well-made but not easy to use. Don’t really feel dental grade.
