I absolutely love this cleanser. I have sensitive combination skin so my cheeks and the outer parts of my face are really dry while my nose, forehead, and chin are more on the oily side. This cleanser does an amazing job at cleansing my face and I always feel clean after using. it. It does a really good job at balancing the oil on my skin so my T zone doesn't feel oily while my cheeks feel nourished. It's extremely gentle and leaves my skin so soft and not striped which is nice as some brands make my skin feel really tight after cleansing. I also appreciate that it is fragrance free because my skin can sometimes react and get irritated when using products that are heavily scented or have fragrance. The price of this cleanser is so amazing and the size of it is also amazing. This cleanser lasts forever and is so good especially at its price point. I highly recommend this for people who have sensitive, oily, dry, or combination skin or are simply on a budget. You won't regret buying this cleanser. Its so amazing!!!!

I've used this product for almost forty years. Discovered it as a young man in a skin care book. At the time I suffered from occasional break outs and needed something mild to clean my skin. Nothing else worked as well. The cleanser is so mild you can leave it on your skin to soften up oil deposits and black heads. It rinses clean leaving your skin soft. This product and occasional use of pimple cream left my skin free of blemishes. Now the bad news. This batch seems to be the last of the original formula. They have removed the parabens and have a new very different cleanser with glycerin. This product is now very much like dozens of others available. The new formula dries my skin and leaves it itchy. I hope they bring back the original formula. Until then I can't recommend this product.

I have super dry skin. Grew up in the midwest with cold winters and this would save my skin. It's the only cleanser I've used (and I've used countless popular brands over the years) that actually hydrated and left my skin softer rather than feeling even more dry. No matter if I try something else, I always come back to this because it's better.

The item that's pictured is the one I have used for over 40 years. My dermatologist at the time recommended it to me for the cleansing my hands which, to this day, are/remain affected by eczema. The packaging has recently changed and the KEY WORDS, SEARCH TAGS are **WRONG**. It ALARMS and ANNOYS me when my Order Details & Product Description describe the Facial Cleanser.This is the GENTLE SKIN CLEANSER and product pictured is CORRECT. It is also Fragrance-free. This stuff works wonderfully. I don't commonly use this for cleansing my face, but if/when I do, it does leave it clean, calmed, cool, soft and smooth.As others have shared, DO NOT CONFUSE this for other CETAPHIL products. Namely, Daily **Facial** Cleanser and Daily "Refreshing Body" Cleanser.I DO USE another Cetaphil which is great and ALSO unscented.It's the Cetaphil Fragrance Free Ultra Gentle Body Wash; I love it. It's thick and gets nice and foamy using a gentle poofy bath scrubby. I've been able to find it on Smile.Amazon.com in a 3 pack under Subscribe and Save program.This is just my 2 cents worth. Five cents if you consider inflation LOL.Just to be clear, I highly recommend the Gentle Skin Cleanser and the Fragrance-Free Ultra Gentle Body Wash products.I hope you find this helpful in some way.

Very gentle on the skin and does not leave the skin dry. Works well. Makeup removal-great. Thickness-medium. Value for money- a little goes a long way. Longevity-the bottle is big it lasts a long time.

I e tried so many cleansers and all make my skin dry and peeling. I got a sample of this at my dermatologist and let bed it. I noticed the done use I didn’t have scaly looking skin and I didn’t even have to rush and get moisturizer on. Definitely give this a try if you have dry skin issues. Plus it takes my makeup off great!

We only use cetaphil and this was just a refill order. Always good for our skin and feel good about using the entire line of products.Shipping was excellent! On time and packed very well with NO LEAKAGE. Very happy and will probably order from Amazon as needed since product was packed well and did not leak.

There are so many gentle cleansers available now, but this classic is the best value. I can rub it right in my eyes and it's more gentle than water. No scent, no lather, you don't even have to rinse it. I use it on my face but my whole family uses it anywhere they have a rash or sensitivity. I always have this in my bathroom.
