I've read many reviews from buyers who said their hat arrived crushed or misshapen. My hat arrived in a very secure box designed to resist crushing and the hat had a plastic insert designed to form fit the hat so it would keep it's shape. It arrived in perfect condition and looks great. I would have given it 5 stars if it fit perfectly out of the box but I found it to be too large for my 7¼" head (I must add that I like my hair very short and had just got a haircut). It IS adjustable, however, and after adjusting it, it now fits perfectly. My complaint is, it is not easy to make the adjustment. There is a string under the headband that can be tightened with a knot that will make it smaller but the string is not long enough to easily tie that knot. It took me forever to get the knot tied (a bow knot that can be untied), a task that would have been quite easy had the string been just an inch longer or if I had smaller hands. The term, "It's so easy that a child can do it." is very appropriate for this task, Unfortunately, I had no child present to do it and it and my fingers were much too large to tie the knot easily.

The color and fabric were good but the hat was too large. Had to return it.

Comfort great one size fits all. Not so much

I bought this hat for a retired teaching, and he loves it! From the moment he saw it he started wearing it and could not stop complimenting it :)
