First off, this is a combined digital product and physical product for standard tabletop play, which means for it to be a great value you have to be interested in MTG Arena (PC/APPLE/mobile game), and trying to construct your own physical decks. That is regardless of whether you pick this pack up for 15$, or buy the alternative pack for around $10.For a new player to the physical card game, I think these two decks are fair value for the lands cards as you get about 50 land cards including the special Evolving Lands cards. Getting started in physical card collecting for only 10$ to 30$ in mystery packs from resellers, it is very easy to amass hundreds of cards but still not get reasonable number of land cards to play. This Starter kit helps all newcomers, except White mana players who need to find an alternative source of Plains lands cards. And then you get multiple collated copies of cards cultivated from 2021 sets, which is about 15$ value to me.Now for newcomers to the online version if magic, this is a great deal considering online card packs are similarly priced in the APP game store. For instance 20$ is about 3000 gems (in game currency) which is around 50 cards. So with this code the user is receiving 120 online cards for about 15$. That makes this a relatively excellent deal for a new player if MTG Arena.In total I would say this is a 30$ value for someone completely new to the hobby, playing online and physically, with limited trading options. A hobbyist with a much more robust collection of physical cards, able to trade, will probably have only passing interest in these cards.Also the MTG arena codes do work, but they give poor use instructions. When you start an account at MTG arena, find your profile on the website and redeem the code without entering any hyphens and no letter Os (there are only number zeros). My included code worked for me once I chose to not enter hyphens.

The only reason I got this was for the Arena code to fill out my collection a bit. But Arena redeemed the code, then said there was a problem with it. I tried putting in the same code again but it then said it was already redeemed. Never got the cards added to my account. I have started an Arena trouble ticket to address the problem and I will update this review if it gets resolved. EDIT: They finally fixed the issue and I have changed the rating to reflect that.The physical decks are wrapped in cellophane and each deck has its own foil rare outside of that cellophane. Nothing in it is worth very much, of course, since these are beginner decks. But they should be great tools for beginners to learn from.I was lucky enough to get these for almost half of the current list price because I preordered from Amazon.

I got this and the five Planeswalker decks. Great for getting into the game. Be advised, there are two different packaging options for this theses decks. One is red, one is blue but they have the same cards. Also, you may be able to find a better deal on this deck at wal-mart. Honestly, still a good deal at this price though. Fun to play for a beginner like me that may not know any better ;)

This appears to be a fun game for my son.

Este kit es excelente para nuevos jugadores ya que además de incluir los dos decks en físico, contiene un código para poder tener las cartas digitalmente en Magic Arena (el juego de video para Magic). Este código se puede usar en dos veces en cuentas separadas para igual poder jugar con un amigo en físico o en virtual. Por cierto, uno de los decks es Rojo/Azul que no es nada común encontrar, así que eso me puso muy contento.Si tienes "temor" de no saber como jugarlo, entonces, baja Magic Arena para aprender a jugar ya que ahi te explican paso a paso.Finalmente, este va a ser el regalo de Navidad para varios amigos este año!

Dalle partite che ho fatto con la mia compagna questi due mazzi sembrano ottimamente bilanciati tra loro e abastanza bilanciati con altri mazzi della stessa categoria (tipo i monocolori dei vari Magic Game Nights).Contro mazzi vagamente più competitivi non hanno possibilità.Vanno benissimo per partite così o per principianti. Soprattutto perché con meno di 10€ prendi due mazzi.
