One of their customer service agents told me they’re going to give me a full refund. Then another said they had a strict return policy (I wonder why? -rthe molding issues ne t to your families’ mouths?) and they’d only refund me for one brush. This is Ridiculous and you should’nt expect yours to work any better - Do Not Buy! Those in my house who have been using theirs have been sick and those who haven’t didn’t get all the colds this year.

At first I thought AutoBrush would live up to it's name...auto..brush...but it doesn't do that. It's designed to brush your teeth all at once but you need to move it around it still (back and forth, side to side, etc). With that in mind I was okay with it because it's the same price as the other electric toothbrushes I was looking at, it's rechargeable, and it also whitens my teeth. I wish it brushed my teeth for me but maybe one day lol After using it for a couple weeks I have to say I love this toothbrush! I like the clean it provides and the brush head is flexible enough that I can move it around in whatever way I need to in order to brush the fastest (the bristles do reach the gum lines too fyi). I find when I move it in circles it does the best job. Also, my teeth are noticeably whiter. I went on a date this weekend and he actually complimented my smile. I've never had that happen before and had always been self-conscious of my teeth but I got some sugar that night!

Product is not ADA approved, despite misleading claims. The "BASS Technique" touted by the company is not unique to the product and is just the suggested way to use any toothbrush. The fact that the BASS Technique is ADA approved should not be taken to suggest that this product is in any way endorsed by the ADA. This company has a history of silencing voices critical of its advertising practices, and refusing or giving only partial refunds to customers dissatisfied with its product. At the time of writing, Autobrush's practices have earned it a B- with the Better Business Bureau.

The worst product ever and even worse customer service. don't even bother with this impossible to cancel subscription and crap product.

I'm a chronic pessimist and skeptic. It takes me months to buy a car whenever I have to or really make most decisions. Was given autobrush as a gift by my wife and autobrush surprised me. It probably ought to be called a hybrid (manual/electric ) toothbrush because I wouldn't trust the vibrations. You definitely have to move it around to get your teeth clean but with that being said it does brush your teeth faster than a regular toothbrush and the recharging battery has had zero issues!

This thing is crazzzzy. Always wanted a toothbrush like this growing up and then when I saw a cousin of mine using his while at the family cabin I knew I had to try it out (didn't hurt he wouldn't stop talking about it lol). Needless to say autobrush is like if apple made a toothbrush. Thought unboxing experience could be better but the product delivers! Side note: I used to use a oral b electric toothbrush. Sayonara to that thing! Autobrush is better.

Autobrush has met all my expectations. Between the brushing, whitening, and charging it does great at all three. I keep it in my backpack so before I go to the gym I did a quick cleaning and then after lunch at work so my breath doesn't stink while I'm in my afternoon meetings. ZERO REGRETS!!

I want to share that I am happy with this product. It is wonderful, it is very practical and its effectiveness is very fast. I highly recommend it.
