requires a 2032 battery to save date/time
Instructions were not too clear (I am a former process/manufacturing engineer who wrote instructions for 20 yrs.) but could figure out with not too much effort. Nice to have printout for record. Tried on several batteries standard lead acid & spiral wound Optima, accuracy seems good.

Used the tester once. Paper failed to advance for a second test! Guess i guess i received one that was DOA out of the box!Will purchase one that is a little $$$ and cross my fingers ...AL
