I loved the product, but the second order was never delivered. I am very unhappy about that

For whatever reason, manufacturers cannot make a product like the original Nupercainal ointment. Hated to see Navartis sell the rights on this product. Numerous mfg have tried and failed. Why would a mfg want to make a product that is ineffective compared to the original Nupercainal? I guess they are trying to cut corners on the ingredients to save money or trying to fix something That was not broke!!!
