Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Square Dish, 3 qt. (9"), White

It’s a great casserole dish, I have a larger version but bought this for smaller meals. The handles are large enough to grab with a good grip even with thick potholders. It’s easy to clean, even with baked on food you can soak it for a bit then just scrub. I run it through the dishwasher with no issue. It is a little hard to wrap it if you need to store food in it. But it’s a menial issue.

I just used my dish yesterday to make cornbread, so I will outline that experience here as an example. I did spray it with oil before pouring the batter in - not sure if it was needed, but I did. When I pulled the dish out of the oven 20 minutes later, a batter drip on the side of the pan had burned onto the handle of the dish and some of the oil along the top edge/rim had burned a bit as well. Usually burned oil spray will stick to a baking pan/dish like glue and never come off. But both the oil AND the burned on drip were able to be removed from the dish with a swipe of my finger! It was an absolute breeze to clean - plus, I cut the cornbread in the dish itself using a sharp knife and there are zero scratches. Bravo to Le Creuset for making such an awesome dish. If you’re on the fence about spending the extra $15-20 to get this, just do it. It’s definitely a worthy investment!

Gorgeous, elegant, and also practical. What's not to like about Le Creuset cookware? This casserole has enough depth to hold a large amount. It cleans up easily and looks terrific on the table. The color is stunning, and I plan to buy more pieces in this color. A can't-miss purchase!

This dish is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I was looking for a square baking dish and got this one on sale. So many uses - breads, brownies, veggies, fish, meats, one-pot meals, etc. Super easy to clean. Just let the dish soak for a little while, and food residue washes right off, oftentimes without the need for a sponge. High quality, beautiful stoneware.

This is the perfect size for smaller casseroles and desserts, and the additional depth makes it ideal for layered dishes like lasagna. It's easy to clean, too!

We bought this back in March and have only used the baking dish 3 times. In cleaning it last week, we noted a crack on both the interior and exterior of the dish. It was a disappointment since Le Creuset has proven to be an enduring maker of quality cookware. We contacted the company and requested a replacement of this costly item. They agreed and we are awaiting a replacement. We are happy with their decision to replace the faulty bakeware. Too many manufacturers don't stand by the quality of their products. We are happy that Le Creuset is not among that number. Thank You

Its beautiful and a terrific gift! I purchased the baking dish as a gift for a friend. She is a baker and so apprciative of this Le Creuset baking dish. It will be used frequently with love and appreciation.

Product is excellent. Somewhat surprised that it was shipped in a cardboard box with no protection surrounding the dish. Thankfully Amazon has a great return policy.

Bought as present. My daughter in law had one on her christmas list, and whilst I don't really like buying things for the home as gifts, it was her choice, so I went with it. She actually asked for a Habitat one which I couldn't get hold of so I chose this as it was Le Creuset and the measurements were almost the same as the one she had asked for. So glad I got it as she loved it. Cherry red too, she was thrilled. That's why I've given it five stars.
