I’ve only been using this product for a few days, but the first time I opened it I was overwhelmed by how strong the smell was and I still smell it every day when I put this on. I feel like I smell like maple syrup. Is this normal or did I get a bad batch?

Bought this product for a patch of melasma on my forehead. Fades appearance of uneven skin tone without drying. Good product for the price. Works well.

The smell really put me off of this when I first started using it, but as I continued to use it (& ask online about the smell - it turns out that that is pretty normal), I started to really like it. It is lightweight & easy to use.

I love how it feels on me. I don’t notice a smell so that’s good. Ever since I started using it people keep telling me I LOOK TAN! Not clear liquid when applying to face...sort of yellowish. I've only used once to make sure it was safe for my face.

I ordered this with hopes to redness/spotting but my entire face had chemical-like burns the next morning which became raised, hot, and extremely red over a 48 hour period. I applied burn cream for 48 hours to rid of this redness and burning and now my skin on day 3 is not as red but wanting to peel. No other products were on my face at time of application to interfere with results or cause a reaction. I applied on a clean face before bed without being in heat or sunlight and done exactly as directions advise. I do not have sensitive skin or allergies to anything known. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
