At first glance, the numerous buttons and wires might seem daunting, but in reality, it's quite user-friendly. My suggestion is to start by using 1-2 channels. Once you become more comfortable, you can utilize all four channels at once. This capability to relieve and train multiple muscle areas simultaneously is incredibly convenient. After workouts, I often experience soreness in multiple areas, and with this device, I can apply pads to both my knees and shoulders. The wire length is sufficient to place them anywhere on the body, as long as it's not prohibited. Remember not to place pads on the face or head. For beginners, I recommend turning on the device and pressing the MODE button until you see the "P" indicator. You can then choose from the preset programs P1 to P24, adjusting only the intensity. If you're already familiar with using such devices, the impressive aspect of this machine is that the pulse rate and width are adjustable, allowing for various modes and tests. I highly recommend purchasing this machine due to its powerful and convenient features. However, a drawback is that it is not rechargeable and requires four AA batteries. Fortunately, these batteries are included in the package, so there's no need to purchase them separately initially.

The iStim EV-805 comes with 16 electrode pads included, and I’m really impressed with their quality. They stick well, can be reused several times, and don’t leave any sticky residue on the skin. The device works perfectly for pain relief and muscle relaxation after exercise. Very happy with this purchase.

It is quite lightweight and very easy to use. Do read the instructions as there are places where you are advised not to use such as across the chest! I needed it to build up the muscle around my knee. It works well BUT I brought the battery operated one and the batteries last about an hour so make sure you have a spare set of 4 AA batteries. Also one month in the on / off button ceases to work. There is a covered plug at the bottom of the unit and when removed this shows a charging socket. I got on utube and found an american skit and that showed an input line. This may stop the battery run down.

I am very pleased with this sting. It is great for massage, helps with muscle and joint pain. I am disabled, this device is perfect for me👍😁

This works great on my neck and back, I love the different options and levels. Easy to use and adjust when needed. Great quality and good performance. Good support for body pain relief.

It's early days and on first impressions when unpacking the screen had a few scratches, but overall looked immaculate. I have tried it once on my lower back and my hip muscles, and it seemed to help massively. I just hope it works on my mind back section where I get the most trouble. At over 50 you can't expect miracles just help to control the pain without medication, so hopefully I can revise this review in a few weeks with positivety. Update sent back literally made my mobility worse in the form of limping when walking

Terrible machine comes with no charger

I bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought another set for my parent. Little difficult to use and would benefit from a more clear instruction manual. the pads included are well made and comfortable - and still after 10 times of usage still able to stick to your skin.

La pantalla muestra claramente todo lo que necesito: intensidad, ancho de pulso, tiempo de subida — todo ajustable. Pero si no quieres complicarte, tiene 24 programas integrados. Solo eliges uno y ajustas la intensidad. Después de solo unas pocas sesiones, ya noté alivio real en las zonas doloridas. ¡Ahora soy yo quien recomienda este dispositivo a mis amigos!
