This is a review after using the blender for almost 3 years. It has been pretty good and it finally had a problem with the jar leaking. So called the Agaro support to get a replacement. Frankly, I was a bit apprehensive reading some of the reviews here. However, it was a pleasant experience overall. As soon as I made the payment for the replacement jar, they shipped it and I received it in a couple of days.

Nice product, Best for home and commercial purpose.

Great product but the jar started leaking in couple of months. Their customer support team was prompt and shipped the replacement part on time.

PLEASE DON'T BUY IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST... within in 6 month it's get spoiled ...jar has a major issue...not under warranty...

I have bought Agaro mixer and grinder 1yr back and it works well recently blades of the jar broken and I have placed a complaint to Agaro service team then they responded and told that jar is not in warranty and suggested to place order for new jar .I have placed a order a order for a new jar worth of Rs 1500/- with in week Agaro service team sent a new jar by DTDC courier service from Kolkata.Now it is working well .I am so happy and thanks to Agaro Service team especially Gowtham for his sincere service

I am writing this review after 3 months of purchase. Product is good so far and works like its advertised. Althought it breaks ice into pieces, its tough to extarct it out from blender. The bades are very sharp and crushes any fruit or vegetable with ease. Now, I expressed my desire to purchase 600ml jar with Agaro but even after 3 months there is no response from this company. They have outsourced their services to UCL and the service response has been very pathetic. I wrote them 2 emails, called up but they never respond. So if my blender has issues, I have an option to fix the issue with some local mechanic or choose another brand as I am very negative on service quality of Agaro. Finally, considering the cost and quality of product, I would still suggest to give a try for this product as services are secondary i.e. in case we experience a defect in the product. However, if you are looking for an overall package including services, then this product is not for you. Have a great day and do share your experience with this product & the service of Agaro.
