It Works! Hair Skin Nail

It worked for me! I only took them for 1 month while I had a protective hairstyle in. They are pricey but worth it if you want faster results.

Used 2 months and saw no difference in my hair. Pricey for no results!

I love this specific brand of hair skin and nails. Specifically for the skin part. I don’t take these every single day but when I feel like my face is starting to break out, I take one or two before bed when I know I have food in my stomach and I wake up the next day and my skin feels more smooth and appears more clear. It also helps my nails grow in when they break. I took these religiously when I was trying to grow my hair out for 2-3 months and it’s the ONLY biotin supplement that helped my hair grow a couple inches and stay strong after a bad incident in the salon. I highly recommend, it’s worth the price. Probably because it’s doubled up on biotin compared to many other supplements, but, that’s something I’m okay with. I’m not an itworks consultant, and I’ve never tried any of their other products, but this is one I really do like.
