This is not the smooth creamy honey that you sometimes find, but the truly raw, grainy textured honey that makes great sandwiches. It doesn't run off the bread or soak through it. Great flavor!

This is very interesting honey as it has a Strawberry flavor to it. There is no ingredient listed that would give the honey a Strawberry flavor so I am just trusting that they have a way of concentrating the bees on strawberry plants to get this wonderful honey. I can not believe what a lot of honey has become and only raw honey is really true honey. I will buy again but I have to say that the jar's label is terrible and they really need to change it as it is off-putting.

For many years we kept buying honey at local shops across country, including local farmer produce. Some of it was actually pretty good, but I was unfortunate to try once honey before it got processed and packaged and kept comparing the taste, which was often not in favor of local produce. This one surpassed the expectations and tastes as genuine as honey can be. I will be sure to order more soon, this was but a trial for us.

I love honey and have bought many kinds before. This was a very good honey, but the flavor was more of a wildflower honey than a berry honey. A little disappointed, but was still good honey.

When you get this you'll want to put it in a warm bath to get the texture just right when you use it on your biscuits or toast, etc. The flavor on this honey is really good, its got an non-overpowering sweet hint of strawberry - no lie! - these bees know how to do this nature thing.

If I could, Id give it 10 stars. I tried almost all the major brands of raw honey sold on amazon and nothing compares to Amish honey. I can tell its the real thing. I know countryside and I remember how each type of flowers or trees smells. Just close your eyes, take a spoonful of honey and... magic!
