I have a DrinkMate carbonator that can be used with any liquid. The bottles for it are 28 oz. I make 2 quarts of ginger ale at a time to pour into the bottles. I use 4 of these packets for 2 quarts. (I don't stir it--I leave it sitting in the fridge for a few hours to cool and dissolve. I can then just swirl/shake it to mix.) I pour the 28 oz. into a bottle and carbonate it. It doesn't taste exactly the same, but it's darn close and tastes better than store brands of ginger ale! It works for me. :) Review: good - just like the soada
