This product unfortunately doesn’t do what it says, the portion that is supposed to help the knee is none existent. It is poor quality and doesn’t do much of anything to help the knee pain

I bought this about 2 weeks ago but today is the first time wearing it because my knee was hurting a lot this morning. I torn my MCL and Meniscus about 3 1/2 months ago and the doctor doesn’t want to do surgery yet. So, I’ve been doing physical therapy and that has helped tremendously because I couldn’t even bend my knee at all before. It has gotten so much better but I do feel a bit of pain from time to time. I don’t know why my knee was hurting so much today after so long of it feeling good, so I decided to give this strap a try. All I can say is wow. I was shocked that my pain went away instantly. It is really amazing how this little strap works. And it stays in place when walking around. I like that it is cushioned all around so the Velcro doesn’t poke you. Two came in the order and I know I will need it because I’ll be going back to work within the next 2-3 weeks and I’m a mail carrier so I will need all the support I can get. I really like this product due to how easy it is to put on and it is also slim so I can wear it under my pants for work in the winter. Excellent buy. I wish I had bought it sooner.

When I first received the product I was confused as to how to put it on my knee. The product comes with a strap through the loops and it is affixed to the knee pad. Using the brace like that proved to be too short to go all around my leg. There were no explicit instructions, so I puzzled over it and then decided to remove the strap place the pad against the Patella, and then thread the strap through the loops. Success! It fit! I would recommend this product to anyone with reduced knee cartilage. It gives support and is very comfortable for walking, standing or sitting.

I have old ski injuries that left me with a mobile patella. I have very big calves so the whole knee sleeve braces are too big for my thighs, if they are big enough for my calves. They also are very uncomfortable when I bend my knee. I got these straps. At first they seemed too loose and not helping much. I stopped using them. Then I had a one day round trip flight and just the additional walking with the bag caused me to start limping. I decided to give the strap another try and it helped a lot. I am now wearing them every day and I have not had a limp since then. Customer support offered me a full refund when I said that they didn't seem to work the first time I tried them, but I didn't want to be one of those people who changes their review for a payoff. This is a real review and the straps are helpful for those of us who have odd shaped legs and much less bulky than the knee sleeves

I've been running long distance for most of my life now and in the last year or so I've been noticing pretty painful IT band syndrome in my right knee. I thought maybe I beat up my body too much, and though I'm only 28 years old, I've put a lot of miles in. I got this knee strap brace and used it on a 7 mile run this weekend and I'm not lying, the pain in my knee was gone. I had an enjoyable run again for the first time in awhile. It didn't rub, and I hardly noticed it was there. I was worried about feeling "unbalanced" somehow but it is very light and supports the knee extremely well. I didn't need both of them so I gave one to my running buddy who also suffers from "runners knee" and he said it helped him too, so I know I'm not crazy! Running can be comfortable again!
