Similar packages available elsewhere and on Amazon; this one is well constructed of good quality (Rope Pull is especially heavy duty) and by far the best price.Instructions leave a lot to be desired, but you can figure it out on your own I bet.

Very good pulley. The only thing i dont like is the tricep bar.

You will need to make some adjustment the rope is pretty long.

I bought this same system 6 months ago and have been spoiled compared to what I was using before. So I just bought a 2nd system to duplicate my setup in my mother's house. She's 92 years old this week and still independent (with a lotta help). So I had my excuse to buy another cable pulley system to duplicate my home gym. A lot of equipment for the money and 6 months use concluded it is very good stuff.

Three months in. That said, I don't expect some of the attachments to last long term from regular use. Also, the pulleys have started to squeak a little so I'm going to oil them. But the price for the pulleys, cables, and weight pins was worth the $35 (I bought 2 sets). You will need some additional pulleys if you want to get a full range of exercises and I used 5/16 lag hooks for mounting, bigger hooks will support more weight. The 5/16 have been good for 45lbs.
