Les Miz...
The selections book has lower keys and slightly different accompaniment than the broadway show or the movie, but with a good accompanist, all things are possible! Still a fun book to sing from.

Very fun songs
These hold fairly true to the originals and are very fun to play. Glad I picked this up.

The condition was "New" even though it was sold as used.
I lost the one I had and the one I recently bought is a replacement. It was "used", but when I received it looked new. Fantastic buy.

Nice arrangements
Great selection and easy enough for an intermediate level pianist to sight read.

Great for Mid Level Piano Player
I consider myself a solid middle of the road piano player. Not a beginner but definitely not an expert. In terms of skiing, I like the blue runs of piano/vocal music -- this book fits the bill perfectly. I can play through it by sight but it sounds good and challenges me enough to think but not get frustrated. Great arrangements in singable (mostly) keys.

Good But Missing Many Great Songs
Print is clear and paper quality is good. Arrangements are intermediate in difficulty. Only issue is that this book is missing some of the songs you probably expect it to include: Look Down, Suddenly, Turning, The Wedding, and most surprising of all "ONE DAY MORE" is missing!

Excellent
I love the book, and the song choices are excellent. The only faults I have with it are two main things; 1. The piano part plays the melody almost the whole time with the voice meaning that unless you want to have annoying unison one must 'edit' out the double melody. 2. "A Little Fall of Rain" consists only of Eponine's part, there is no duet between her and Marius, which is a shame considering how heartbreakingly beautiful it is. Other than that, the book is great for any Les Miserables lover.

Good products at a good price
Good score, good quality and good value.

Loved the fact that a modestly able pianist can hammer out a decent tune. Well presented and very enjoyable favourite pieces with vocal arrangement too!

Bought this for my daughter as I do not play the piano. She says it has what she needs so I would take her word for it. She learned to play as a child but hasn't touched the piano in years so we were looking for something that accommodated her skill level as she eased her way back in. It apparently filled the bill because she is pretty happy with it (she is a big fan of Les Miserables).

As a fan of Les Mis and an experienced piano player, I can say that this is a great buy. The arrangements are good for intermediate/advanced players; some are easier, while others harder. Most of the songs are beautiful arrangements that stay true to the scores, and the book has all of the famous favourite songs. For players at the advanced level, some of these songs might be too easy, but there are some more challenging ones as well. The book itself isn't super fancy, but fairly good quality; it's got a nice glossy cover and some lovely photos of the musical. Definitely worth the money!
