20 long air line for Zip Locker.

This thing got installed no problem and it works, but I wish it had the same bulkhead fitting setup as the other major air locker manufacturer. This one only uses a single O-ring then the quick disconnect fitting is the only thing to lock in the copper line. The competitor’s setup uses 2 o-rings and a special fitting to compress the o-rings and seal before installing the quick disconnect fitting.

With the Yukon Zip-lockers/air compressor I use, there are times where I might break out tear a line. Needed this for situations to keep me running on the rocky trails. Easy to measure out and install. Takes mere minutes to measure, cut, and install.Best price found to date.

It only worked a couple weeks until the valve continues to bleed off after I shut the switch off.

Install went great, yes the case is welded, so what. Should make it stronger, not weaker. I have seen the bolts come out of the ARB locker and destroy the gear teeth. Using it with the ARB air compressor. Have front and rear zip lockers, what a world of difference on the trails.

For the price you only get one bulkhead fitting set not three like pictured in the ad plus advertising if you ask me nowhere in the written description is a detailed enough to differentiate.

A bit pricy.. honestly didn’t wanna rip apart my axle to find the problem so purchased another one. Turned out I just needed one oring that had blown out. Hind sight is 20-20. But other than my personal problems this is a great product but it cost a lot for what it is along with most things from Yukon.
