My Results after One Month of Use Speak Volumes!
A month ago my blood pressure was 140/80. I had atrial flutter issues and my heart was acting bizarre. I started taking a Potassium and Magnesium product and saw some results. Then I read The Magnesium Miracle by Dr. Carolyn Dean and stated taking this liquid magnesium. I noticed good results with magnesium and now my blood pressure went down to 110/60. So my nurse practitioner has halved my blood pressure medication and I have an appointment in a month to check it again. If you do take this liquid magnesium and have high blood pressure make sure you are working with your doctor or nurse because your medication may need to be adjusted. They also did an EKG on me and said my heart was normal and I told them: "Well I'm taking magnesium." They also did blood tests and said they were normal. I'm not sure my nurse actually realized that the magnesium had lowered my blood pressure. Here are some of my experiences day by day at the start: Day 1: I took 1/4 teaspoon in 16.9 fluid ounces water. It made me feel relaxed and I slept well. Day 2: I got ambitious and took 1/2 teaspoon in a large container of iced tea and it only tasted a bit salty. Sipped over a couple of hours and it seemed to relax me and take the edge off my anxiety. I thought it was giving me a lot of energy and made my heart beats really strong. Day 3: Backed off a bit and took 1/4 teaspoon in a small amount of cranberry juice. Tasted salty and a bit bitter so didn't want to do that again. Decided it needed more liquid to make it palatable. Day 4: Took 1/4 teaspoon in a pint (2 cups) of coconut water. My anxious thoughts stopped and my mind felt calm and almost as if my thoughts were not as loud. Day 5: Took 1/4 teaspoon in 2 cups bottled water. Felt as if my system was detoxing and cleaning out. Day 6: Felt like toxins were being released so drank more water. Day 7: Decided to try taking the magnesium liquid in capsules. That way you can't taste and salty or bitter flavor. Day 8: While waiting to get capsules, took 1/2 teaspoon magnesium liquid in iced tea. Day 9: Put 1/4 teaspoon magnesium in 3 veggie capsules. Swallowed them down with no issues. Since then I've been taking 1/2 teaspoon magnesium liquid in five veggie capsules. I fill them up with a syringe and take them right away, not letting them sit around to dissolve. It is a little extra effort but it keeps my atrial flutter under control and I feel better in general. You may want to wipe the capsules off a bit after filling. I just use a napkin. That way you don't taste any of the liquid. That is my best solution and how I'm going to continue to take this magnesium. My cautions are to start slow with drops or 1/4 teaspoon and work up slowly to 1/2 teaspoon a day. Also read The Magnesium Miracle to understand all the reasons to take this product and how to take it. I would not recommend taking it straight, always dilute it in at least 2 or more cups of water to make it palatable. I will say this magnesium does NOT have laxative effects like other magnesium products do. That is a good thing if you want to leave the house! So my experience has been positive. Please consult with your doctor before taking any supplements as your medications may need to be adjusted. ~The Rebecca Review

Life Changing...the start of a whole body reset!
I’m going to try to make this brief. I have struggled from chronic ill health for a long time. I won’t go into all the details here except to say I’ve tried many modalities, all kinds of supplements and herbs, and a great deal of mental, emotional and spiritual prescriptions. My recent epiphany is that the fundamental component of my ill health and constitutional weakness is actually rooted in a long term deficiency of magnesium. I learned this by my own trial and error and by finding something that made a difference in such a big way on so many levels that I cannot deny its significance. That “Something” is ReMag. From the moment I started taking it my most dominant symptoms began to abate, my vital energy increased and I became more hopeful about the prospects of my health. WE ARE ALL MAGNESIUM DEFICIENT - 80% of the population is! Please do yourself a favor and make yourself available to Dr. Dean’s huge database of content. She is truly a Doctor who cares and offers straightforward solutions: -Re-mineralize and strengthen the body. -Then use that strength towards natural detoxification as you continue to build. Her content offers the most direct GPS towards health that I have experienced, and as I’ve stated, I’ve tried many routes. Her freely offered knowledge and support are the keys...and her products are the ignition. Tune into her radio show, subscribe to her emails and order and get started on ReMag. Initially I only went to her site for information and was treating myself with various self-directed forms of magnesium. This convinced me of the efficacy of magnesium therapy. Because her information and approach was so solid and given so generously I decided I had to try ReMag to see for myself. Within a week I was so happy with the results that I added ReMyte and Re-Aline to my care. That was six weeks ago and now I am on her Total Body Reset (all products), excluding the protein powder (I don’t eat whey). I don’t generally make reviews because I consider them a karmic responsibility and I wouldn’t want anyone to ever be harmed by something I encouraged. But, I am so certain of the the necessity of: -treating magnesium deficiency, -realizing its universality as a problem, and -the superiority of ReMag, as the first solution ...that I would suffer from Karmic selfishness if I were not to share. We all deserve to feel the best we can and to realize that our bodies have the innate intelligence of the Divine for proper restoration and balance. If we give our bodies the intended building blocks (minerals) to be strong resilient plants while here on our mother earth, we can contribute the best that we have to offer this life. I am very grateful to Dr. Dean and her team for these products and their continuing support. May we all be free from disease of body, mind and spirit. Aloha!

Good Product
I'm 71, in good health, but have experienced Atrial Fibrillation many times periodically over 10 years. I've been converted 6 times and had two ablations. My blood pressure is sometimes high but not always. My electrophysiologist suggested taking magnesium but all types gave me diarrhea so that was a no go. My blood sugar has been inching up as well. I read Dr. Dean's Magnesium Miracle book some years ago but it wasn't until recently listening to her on YouTube that I understood her ReMag product so I decided to try it again. That, and my hubby broke his arm two months ago. (magnesium is the bone healer) I have been studying nutrition for 40 plus years and my husband and I eat very healthy similar to keto, our cholesterol is great and I take no other medication. I have managed my husband's diabetes for 20 years on diet plus one metformin. His sugars remain constant and healthy for his age. We eat from a home grown organic garden and almost no white foods (sugar, starch and grains) but we're not perfect. When I received the ReMag we began taking 5 drops in the morning in diluted juice with water. After a few weeks we went to 10 drops. After that my husband is up to 1/4 tsp daily. I have stayed at 10 drops. I began noticing that when I got into bed at night my heart beat was much calmer, slept thru 6 to 8 hours instead of waking up periodically and the anxiety in my solar plexus area was gone (I didn't know I had it until I started taking the ReMag). I'm hoping and pretty sure this is going to have a positive effect so I won't have a-fib like I have in the past. (As an aside, Vitamin D has put me in A-fib several times previously. And I learned that a magnesium deficiency can lower your Vit D levels. So I'm hoping my magnesium intake plus the sun will help my D levels go up) My husband's nightly leg cramps have gone away and his broken arm has healed in 8 weeks (doctor remarked from the X-rays how fast he was healing ( Hub is 81 and active). I have learned that taking Vitamin D causes your calcium levels to go higher in the bloodstream and calcium is what your heart uses for electricity and stimulation. That was an aha moment for me.....magnesium goes a long way in solving that problem. So overall, the ReMag raises my energy levels, calms my heartbeat, reduces inflammation, reduced anxiety, slightly lowered my blood sugar and blood pressure. Dr. Dean says it take up to 9 months for your body to get the full effect of the daily mag. Hope this information is helpful to someone.

Most powerful magnesium supplement I could find, it works, BUT, it's packaged in plastic not glass
It definitely works. It helped with my anxiety quite a bit, noticeably. However, after more than a year of using this product, my Magnesium RBC has not gone up much. That's probably my stress load and not to do with product quality. I will still continue using the product. The shipping is first class. They bubble wrap really well and put the bubble wrapped bottle in a bunch of packaging peanuts. One major drawback I have is that it is packed in a plastic bottle. They ship in nice thick bubble wrap, so why not use a glass bottle??? People say it's "high quality plastic", but I know plastics, and they ALL leach into water, even if a little bit. And people wonder why we have an epidemic of hormonal issues in this country, not limited to low sperm counts and other gender bending effects. This ReMag bottle is packed in #1 PETE plastic, which is not as bad as other plastics, but it can still leach hormone disruptors. According mercola.com, "How to Recognize the Plastics That are Hazardous to You" it can leach trace amounts of Antimony which is a toxic element. Also, sometimes areas of the bottle are thinner plastic than other areas. I've noticed this after many orders. The plastic bottles are definitely different. Like sometimes the front is soft and other times the lower part is soft. It should be hard all around. This makes me worry about the strict manufacturing protocols. If they packed in glass, I'd give this 6 stars if I could and rave about it. Dr. Carolyn Dean is awesome!!!

I cannot recommend this product highly enough... if you have afib, you NEED it
It all started for me in January, 2014 when, as I had been doing for years, I ran up the 50 steps to my house. I was 57 years old and pretty fit and healthy. But suddenly I realized something was wrong, I couldn’t catch my breath and my heart was beating like crazy. I went inside and lay on my couch. Should I call 911? Every time I tried to get up from the couch I started to black out. After about 45 minutes my heartbeat converted back to normal and I felt fine, but worried. This was my first experience with Atrial fibrillation (Afib). Over the following months , I had further episodes and took several trips to the ER. The cardiologist put me on Metorprolol to slow my heart down, and eventually Xarelto to help minimize the risk of stroke. The attacks continued to come more and more frequently, as the doctors said they likely would, as often as every 2 weeks and lasting up to 4 hours. Getting out of bed during the night could trigger an attack or simply walking up a hill. It seemed that going from a resting heart rate to any kind of physical exertion could set it off. Even between episodes I frequently had skipped heartbeats which usually signaled an Afib episode was coming within a day or so. After LOTS of research on-line I started taking iodine, hawthorne and minerals like magnesium L Arginine, L Carnitine, , L Lysene and L Proline as these were cited as promoting a normal heart rhythm. They may have helped but the episodes continued. If 10 days went by without an Afib episode, I knew one was coming soon. When I came across ReMag magnesium I was skeptical because I was already taking 200 mg of Doctor’s Best chelated magnesium every day and I couldn’t tell if it was helping. Still, I ordered ReMag and began taking it daily. I noticed that my episodes became less frequent and of shorter duration. That alone was a huge relief. Since I began using ReMag two years ago I have been averaging only one episode every five months, and it usually lasts less than 1 hour, sometimes just a few minutes. I ‘m not experiencing the skipped heartbeats anymore. I owe Dr Carolyn Dean a huge debt of gratitude for making Remag available. It has greatly improved my quality of life! If you are suffering from afib, I cannot recommend Remag highly enough, and also, drink plenty of water, do not let yourself become dehydrated. Many have complained that the taste is a show-stopper. I don’t care for the taste, but I’m not going to let that stop me from using a product that has nearly cured me of afib. In fact for the past year or so I've taken a tablespoon of ReMag under my tongue every evening and waited a couple of minutes before swallowing as I feel this helps me to optimize the absorption of the magnesium. I’ve gotten used to it and it doesn’t bother me. I do experience diarrhea if I take too much. I now hike and bike and walk at least 12,000 steps a day without worrying about triggering an episode. If one comes, I lay down and wait it out, knowing it won’t last long and I’ll be good for months afterward. Finally. I want to take issue with the medical establishment and cardiologists in particular. They admit that they don’t know what causes most Afib, but they only treat the symptoms. Not one ER staffer or cardiologist I've spoken with has ever mentioned using magnesium to treat/prevent Afib. In my case, even though I was taking a magnesium supplement, my heart obviously needs a higher dose of the pure magnesium found in Remag. Some suspicious types feel that pharmaceutical companies want to sell their expensive drugs, and something as simple as magnesium is not going to generate the income they want. I trust doctors, I just don’t believe that they’ve been trained to encourage the use of nutrients (i.e minerals) to solve medical problems. As they say, an ounce of prevention is better than pound of cure. I wish they taught prevention in medical school. Thank you again Dr Carolyn Dean !

STOPPED GROWING PAINS IN MY KIDS. AMAZING PRODUCT- 10 STARS!!!
This product is nothing short of amazing. A couple months after my son had started kindergarten (3 years ago), he began waking up in the middle of the night screaming. Blood-curdling screams, the "make a parent's heart jump out of their chest and race to your child's room" kind. Then he would just cry and moan while I held him. This would last about 15-30 minutes but he would still be mostly asleep and I couldn't even get him to actually wake up enough to communicate what was wrong. And then the next day he wouldn't remember it, he knew he'd been crying but didn't know why. The only thing I could think of at the time was that he was having nightmares. Finally one night he actually spoke and said "it hurts", and he was holding his leg. That's all I could get out of him but it was enough. I googled "kids leg pain only at night" learned about kids growing pains and how magnesium can help. First I bought 2 different kinds of chewable magnesium tablets but they didn't seem to help much. And he didn't like the taste at all. More research led me to this liquid form. I was hesitant to buy it at first, as it seemed pretty expensive. But I found one bottle lasts a LONG time. I give him one dropper fill (1ml) up to the line, mixed in a little grape juice so he could handle the taste. Other juices didn't work- only grape juice. It was a little bitter but he got used to it. Once in the morning and once before bed, just to get his magnesium levels up. After a couple months I dropped down to just once a day. The effects were immediate. He did wake up the next 2 nights after he started taking it, but with only crying instead of screaming, which was a very welcome change. Being woken up night after night by your child screaming is not a fun experience as a parent. By the 3rd night he only whimpered a few times but didn't cry. And that was it, no more waking up screaming after that. He is now in 3rd grade and has had only one episode of growing pains recently and that was when I stopped giving him his grape juice every day. I blame Covid for that, lol. Now his little brother is in kindergarten this year as well, and while his growing pains have not been nearly as severe, he did start to complain about his legs hurting 2 weeks ago, so that is what prompted me to write this review. At least his pains were during the day and he was able to tell me what was going on. I started him on the grape juice & magnesium regime and got the same result as I had gotten with his brother. After a couple days the pain was gone. Both of them are still eating me out of house and home like little Hobbits with their second breakfasts and Elevenses, but at least they are pain free now.

LAST RESORT! Second update
I have no idea if this stuff is going to work so for now will rate it a 3 star and get back in a couple of weeks to re-review. In a nutshell, I have anxiety, heart palpitations and insomnia. I read Carolyn's book months ago and decided to try mag supplements with Taurine as that is supposed to help with palpitations. I had previously tried Natural Calm as she recommended and while I slept great, it cause a psoriasis flare. Then I tried Cardiovascular research Mag Taurate which was great until 6 weeks later when I had horrible gas and reflux. Switched to Kal Mag with Taurate and that does not work well for me and for the last 5 days I have a metal taste in my mouth and slight indigestion. Today I have started remag which tastes awful. I will do the half teaspoon this morning and again tonight. Please dear lord, let this be the product! I NEED SLEEP and I need the palpitations to go away! I have downgraded this from 3 stars to 1 star for a couple of reasons. First of all, there was a laxative effect and so I called Customer Service and they said it is the toxins being removed from my body. The bottle and paperwork say if you are a veteran magnesium taker you can start with 1/2 teaspoon twice a day in 2 cups of water for each dose. But if you call Customer Service they tell you to put it in more water. I started taking this because I have had two weeks of a bitter taste in my mouth and slight nausea after taking a mix of two other magnesium with taurate supplements. After one week on Remag, the problem persists. I wrote to Dr. Dean and asked if I should just be off of magnesium until my reflux subsides and she wrote back with some information coupled with extremely rude remarks. Pretty much psychoanalyzed me saying perhaps I have the bad taste because there is something in my life that I am having a hard time with (paraphrasing here). I don't need the psychobabble, just wanted to know if I should stop. Today I will stop the product and hope after a few days my tummy is better and then will try this product again. I reduced my intake to 1/4 teaspoon three times a day and slept like a baby. Update: Dr. Dean called me and we were able to talk through my symptoms. I will rub the supplement into my skin twice a day until my stomach issues subside. A+ for Dr. Dean. I am glad she called. Will update in a few days.
