I'm confused why they went with genuine leather but made it look unnaturally shiny to the point it seems to become genuine leather imitating imitation leather. I cannot underscore enough how shiny it is in person. That sheen you see in the photos downplays the effect, rather than the flash or whatnot enhancing the effect like I'd assumed. Everything else about it was great, but that shine is a deal breaker for me. For those who don't mind the shine or perhaps even prefer it, the stitching seemed both tidy and durable, the layout was extremely functional as the pictures show, and it was able to hold my driver's license, three insurance cards, a library card, and around ten various credit and gift cards without popping up while laying flat. (This is important to me for some reason, so maybe you care about it, too.) I did have to reorganize a couple of their placements to accomplish that, so I'd expect that to be about the limit for this wallet.
