this is an excellent replacement for a stock coil and a great addition to the pertonix ignition system . works great with no hassle .

I'll test it here in a bit. Definitely the correct resistance on the primary coil.

Switched my points system for an electric dizzy and this coil pack. Wow!!! Best choice!!! '78 mini 1000

I don't think I got the right one I just opened and the terminals were not the same as the picture or as the manual I really didn't mine that but I plug everything in and couldn't get it to idle or rev ???? Will be returning same day I got it 🤦🤦

I have not had a chance to run this product, but I was assured by pertronix (they have great customer service) that it would work with the ignitor 1 module. You can also open your gap to .035 if you want to. The only problem I had was finding a place to mount it due to its size and shape. The heat sink is pretty large given the size of the actual can. I mounted it on the lower tin (type 1 vw) next to the pulley and it is a tight fit but clears the fan belt by an inch or so. I can't wait to fire her up!
