Eat Smart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale, 400 Pound Capacity, Black

This was a replacement scalefor an older model of the same brand. It's perfect and works very well.

After we purchased the scale, the scale we have in the house started to work so we decided to return it like we do with all our Amazon orders however, this one does not allow you to return and I could not find the return policy at all.

The scale is easy to use. It is difficult to open the battery holder initially. I thought the scale was defective because the batteries that it came with did not work. I had to buy my own batteries.

Easy to use, seems accurate.

Should a customer have to spend extra time and money to get a new bathroom scale to work? Of course not! One battery was fine; the second measured 2.9; the last measured .7 out of 3.The scale is working fine now, but people should be prepared to spend extra time and money purchasing new batteries.

I am very pleased with these scales. Easy to use and easy to read.

I had another scale made by Eatsmart and it got water sloshed on it, without my knowledge, and died. The other scale was a lot more expensive than this one and I like this one a lot better. Next time I go to the doctor I will test its accuracy but if I step on it several times, I get the same reading which is all I really care about. I can add or subtract a few pounds if need be. I like the looks of this scale better than the old scale too. It is definitely a keeper

Was excited when I first got this scale because it was on sale! When I first got it, it worked fine. Now I notice that I'm having issues with the "step on technology" feature. When I step on the scale it does not activate. I have to recalibrate my scale often because of were it sits in my bathroom and it's made of glass so I have it out of the way so it's not constantly bumped. When weighing myself I have to lightly jump so the scale so it will recognize that I'm standing on it. I really like this company and I own another Eatsmart scale. I purchase this one because my previous scale started doing the same thing. I've had my old Eatsmart scale for almost 2 years. Really bum because I wanted the Eatsmart body analysis scale but didn't have the money at the time. I'm starting to regret my purchase. I want to return it but don't want to go through the hassle because I only paid 11.95 for it. Having a scale is really important to me because I'm on a weight loss journey. I have a rare disease which causes weight gain if I'm not careful with my diet. I have Graves' disease which is a thyroid disease. My previous Eatsmart scale has helped me lose over 50 pounds. I don't know if I can say the same for this scale.
