Very good! The vertigo stopped.

I use it when feel lightheaded. Does not work well in the throes of a vertigo attack...but put the drops on when you first feel it coming on. Also do not like how the drops come out o the bottle...hard to get out. I shake the bottle - but there is no squeezing so as I wrote it is difficult to control the flow of what comes out.

This topical just doesn’t work for me, every one is different, so have to try it for yourself.

Really does perk you up if you are a bit woozy. The smell is invigorating. I take a whiff each morning and it really clears my head and gets me going! Just be careful, it truly is essential oil, so can be irritating if put directly on skin. I suggest diluting with a carrier oil or just whiffing directly out of the bottle. It smells wonderful!

Tried it faithfully for a week. Did not help in the least.
