I bought this for my adult disabled daughter, to put under her knees at night. She loves it. It help tremendously for her knee & back pain. It is the perfect size! Great height, weight & firm softness. Good quality.

This is a lovely pillow for gently lifting my knees so I can sleep on my back, which my chiropractor recommends. I still can’t do it all night, but even the few hours I manage has helped my back. This pillow has just enough firmness to elevate my knees, but enough softness to not cause any circulation issues. It has a very nice, comfortable cover which zips off for washing. It also stays in place while I’m sleeping, but when I’m done with it, it’s also easy to push it out of the bed. It also does not make me too warm.

Great leg support when sleeping on my side. Great for elevating knees while laying on my back. It diminishs back straining. Only flaw is the material of the cover is so smooth that the wedge slips off my bed frequently when I'm sleeping.

The memory foam portion of this knee pillow is fantastic. The memory foam is supportive, and bounces right back to shape after use. The pillow stays in place despite the very slippery outer cover. The thickness is just right for my stature to provide the support I need. I was able to get a better nights sleep and avoid shooting pain in my hips. This is a very functional pillow. My big problem with it is that I washed the cover following all instructions on the cover label, and after the air drying had completed, I realized the cover was warped along the bottom and the seam had even started pulling apart by the zipper. I am going to have to get the cover repaired as I’ve already used the pillow, and think it’s great minus this one big flaw regarding the quality of the cover. Until the company upgrades the quality of the cover I will have to say this pillow is overpriced and not worth the money.

I have bad arthritis in my knee and lots of bone on bone pain. I will likely need a knee replacement in the future but trying to make that a long time from now. Getting comfortable at night with no pain is extremely difficult. My new doctor suggested getting a pillow to help bring comfort. Most pillows I have found are designed for side sleepers but since I'm both a back sleeper and side sleeper none of the ones that popped up on Amazon would work for me until I came across this one. I have been using it for about two weeks now and it has made a such a difference for getting a good night's rest. It fits comfortably underneath my knee when I'm sleeping on my back and then between my knees when I roll over. It has just the right amount of firmness and soft cushion. I can use it with both legs or just one and I mostly use it with just the one. If I forget to use it one night, I wake up in so much pain and feel so stiff. I like that it has a zipper so it can be taken off and washed. I haven't done that yet so can't write about that but it's a nice addition for when I do. This has been a game changer for me and I will be taking it with me wherever I go including vacation.

The 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow was purchased after a TKR operation to help with leg exercises and general comfort during recovery, and it helped. The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Maravillosa, me la recomendó el fisio por el dolor de espalda y estoy muy contenta con la almohada, ni muy dura, ni muy blanda, tamaño perfecto para ponerla debajo de las rodillas en la cama. Otras que había visto eran muy cortas, pero en esta te caben las piernas perfectamente. Repetiría la compra.
