Sticks to the base
I don't use this too often in my small shop, but it is accurate and does what I need it to do. I don't use it wirelessly, so I cannot review that functionality; mine stays plugged in with the USB cable. It's been great so far. My only gripe is that the rubber bumper on the side holds a bit too well to the base. Since the base is very light, if it's not screwed down, the whole base comes up with it. I haven't screwed mine down because I don't want to damage the desk it's on, but I don't want to just lay it on the desk either. That said, if you use it as intended, this is a good, quality product for a small business.

Surprisingly good - works with both RF and Bluetooth
Although it is lightweight, it feels solid in your hand. So far, I've not had any trouble scanning anything with a regular barcode (note that it does not work with things like QR codes). Like most units in this category, it converts various types of barcodes into a string, followed by a newline so that it emulates a user typing followed by hitting the 'enter' key.A nice feature it has it the ability to "store up" a bunch of scans so that you can use it out of range of either the Bluetooth or RF connections (per their specs - up to 30,000). This would be handy if you had to do inventory in a warehouse and couldn't be closely tethered to a computer while you were scanning.I've only used it with my Mac and Android (using the 'Pie' version - but I had to restart my phone to complete pairing), but I will be testing it against my wife's Windows laptop as well as an iOS device - both of which should be compatible. You can recharge it via the included USB-A to USB-B cable. Additionally, to save batteries, you can literally scan a "power off" barcode (supplied). IMO, I would have like to have seen just a manual switch for that, but it does work.Overall - pretty happy and no regrets.

Solid Scanner with good results
Trying this cheaper entry level scanner at a business with some initial usage on PC and iOS devices. The set-up is especially easy to connect via Bluetooth to an iPad or iPhone. When you first power on the device after the recommended initial charge it goes directly to pairing mode and connects easily. I've had some Summer help using the barcode scanner to an iPad to start our initial barcoding of our inventory and he has had very few issues. It reads codes well. It will occasionally have issues with lightly printed codes, but performs well for the most part. If you have experience with other barcode scanners this will perform similarly. The only real issue I've had is while I ordered 4 units I had one scanner that came in that caused my PC to crash when I plugged it in to charge. After I reset the barcode scanner to factory settings it did fine, but that bit of weirdness made me not able to give 5 stars. With that issue I actually emailed support before I did the factory reset and have still never had a reply. Tech support may have dropped the ball just on that one email, but their tracked record is 0 for 1 with me.

Excellent customer support by the seller
UPDATE: after initially writing a poor review I was contacted a week or two later by the manufacture with some suggested steps I could take to improve the scanners performance. Their suggestions fixed the error and I am impressed with their attention to the quality of their listing on Amazon so I have upgraded this to a five star product because with the suggested steps by the manufacturer it performs quite nice.ORIGINAL: While in continuous scan mode the scanner would randomly scan when there was no bar code present. It would randomly transmit a couple digits to my computer then it would transit "return" which would cause computer to take random actions depending on what I was doing. Amazon provided a replacement with same model and same problem happening... I tried having a plain white surface directly under scanner... even tried turning the scanner to the side so there was nothing with in several feet in front of it... Problem persisted.

You get what you pay for
Revised May 19, 2020 - Barcode scanner won't read the barcodes.Product has problems scanning barcodes in office lighting.Slow decode scans via blutooth.Product does NOT use a standard MicroB usb cable, but a clunky square connector used with printers; so you need an extra cable connected to your PC.Goes to sleep far too quickly requiring connecting to the PC while in USB mode.

Easy to use and fast scanner
Totally recommend. This will be my go to scanner if I need more.Needed it to help manage part inventory. Works great and scans fast. Really is plug and play. Comes with booklet for extra barcode formats and settings. It can read our smallest barcode of 5mm x 20mm. Sometimes it scans the small barcode fast, other times it takes a few tries. So, that might be the lower limit of the scanner. Would be great if barcode formatting booklet was in pdf file so that multiple copies could be made. Will try to scan booklet so we will have a backup copy.Glad it has the stand. Convenient add-in.

Great while it lasted. Now it's inoperable
I've been using for about 3 months. It worked great until it stopped. I tried scanning last night and it wouldn't scan anything. I checked the connection, unplugged and replugged, but no luck. The light goes on and everything looks in tact, but it's not working.

Great Bluetooth scanner with awesome battery life!
We use this scanner daily and use it via Bluetooth. It works well and allows us to scan something via our iPads and with a quick three presses of the scanner button can easily change between the scanner as an input mechanism and the on screen iPad keyboard. The only downside would be we gently dropped one once and it was broken so we had to buy another one. So there is limited ruggedness to this item so obviously not good for jobs out in the field. Besides that my only other issue is that it sleeps very quickly and takes a couple button presses to get it going again.
