Really was looking forward to receiving a new lock for my locker. I did not expect to receive a used lock that someone has returned and then sent to me. I realize that it's a lock and the scratches and oily fingerprints will be unavoidable but I want them to be my fingerprints and scratches on a brand new lock! Next time I won't order another one, I will just go to Goodwill and purchase one that's in the same condition or better. Disappointed to say the least.
