Eddie Bauer Boys' Winter Coat – Waterproof Heavyweight Down Parka Jacket with Faux Fur Hood (3-20)

This is our second time owning this coat. It’s really warm on very cold winter days. It has a big hood and is nice and long.

Love it keeps my boys warm. It is on the bigger side but now they’ll have it for another year. Loved the price.

My son is 59 lbs and 51 inches tall and this jacket fit him perfectly with room for layers. He also has a fairly large head and the hood fit no problem. It was very warm, even in sub freezing temps with wind and he says it's very comfortable. I love that it is waterproof and sherpa lined. I am very happy with the purchase and would buy again when he needs the next size up.

It’s a lovely jacket in every way other than the hood. The fur stops before it gets to the collar so it looks like a bad wig popping out. After I detached it the hood is like half the size and doesn’t provide good head coverage. I’m keeping it for the fact that it is down, warm, and waterproof and I guess when the hood is up my boys will be so cold they won’t care how dumb they look 🥴

I bought this coat for my grandson and he loved it and it was warm and weather proof. He wore it for three years before we had to pass it on to a younger family member, but think of that, three years and could still give it away in good condition for another year or two after! Thanks, JW

Bought this coat to replace a down coat I bought for NYC winters (about 15 years ago), that my son lost after he lost his own coat. This is an excellent replacement. My son is 13y/o, 5' even, 90 lbs. and a 14 slim. Bought a 16 for him to grow into. It looks a little big on him, but hey, it's to grow into. For a little more prospective, I'm 5'5", 150 lbs, pear shaped with an A cup and it fits me almost perfectly. A little snug in the hips when zipped, but I've already borrowed it to walk the dog in and it was for the most part comfortable. It actually got almost too hot (about 45 degrees in November in Texas) because yes, there is real down in there. I'm thinking about getting one for myself. Love the abundance of pockets. There are six on the outside, but it looks like there are only two. The hip pockets are patch pocket/ side slit dual, and there are hand warmer pockets at the upper chest. So glad I caught this on sale, but it is definitely worth the full price!

Love the coat , looks great and a good quality . 2nd time buying this coat . The other one held up very well , my son just grew out of it .

Fits as describes. My son loves the coat and does not complain of the cold in Northern Alberta.
