Love the size and large display easy to read

I love the clock. As a retired couple we do not need to know date, day of the week , etc. This clock clearly states the information. It also has morning, noon, etc. This helps my husband because he will take a nap and wake up and not know if it is the same day or not. I purchased the red, white, and blue clock. The information is bright and clear. I highly recommend the clock.

So far so great

When I first plugged this clock in it displayed the wrong time and the instructions said that the time should be set manually. What? Well, after a few hours I tested it: I pulled the plug for about two minutes and upon plugging it back in, the time was correct. Maybe that test was too easy, so I pulled the plug and left it unplugged for about a half an hour. When it was plugged back in it again displayed the correct time! Hooray! I realize now why I had to set it the first time: to indicate which time zone I am in and if it is daylight savings time or not. The huge lettering is great , when I wake up in the middle of the night I don’t have to search for my glasses to see the time. I just purchased a second one for another room.

I ordered this clock for my dad who had to move to a nursing home in December. He loved the clock and it helped him stay oriented. Unfortunately, the clock stopped working in August. I reached out to customer service and was quickly responded to by Vicky Z. She asked for my order number and date of purchase but before I could send it to her, she had looked it up in their Amazon data base, found the order and sent me a new clock. I received the new clock within a week and feel like I made a friend with Vicky through our emails. I would highly recommend this company as it stands behind their products and offered a very quick replacement without my having to request one! Thanks Vicky your company is lucky to have you!

Purchased for my parents and it’s perfect. Easy to read. They love. Both have eyesight issues. Also my mom loves it tells her day of week, date and if morning or night. So she can take her pills properly.
