Why is "i21p" displayed on the packaging? is it compatible with iphone 13 pro 6.1 inch?

I order a phone case and didn’t receive the back screen protector. How do I contact them?

I have a similar problem. There's no way to contact the seller. I received the package that was open and held with a rubber and then put in another envelope perfect lily in tact and clearly showing it was sent from the seller. Inside there was only one camera lenses protector, not the two as advertised. I orded two phone cases - the second one was in an unopened box sealed with the original plastic wrap with all pieces inside.

Is the rose gold shiney on the edges?

The cases are clear, so it’s a translucent rose gold.
