This Olive Leaf Extract has been a wonderful product for supporting overall wellness in my home. This stuff smells fresh... and my experience with olive leaf is that it works great. I like this one for daily use. It says two a day but I can do one and then have a second one if I want an immune boost, or for energy. I don't like to take it before bed because I have too much energy, kind of like an energy drink to me. Love it in the morning. Bottle says to take it with food and water. I have taken it without, and it doesn't cause any problems, maybe a few olive leafy burps but no big deal. If I am sick or want to fight a bug/cold/itchies/whatever I will use the Super Strength 750mg with 20% oleuroperin which I also get from Amazon. So I have two bottles of different strengths of Olive Leaf so I can do whatever dosage I feel necessary. But I don't like to go without it, it's helped me through colds and allergies already and I've only used it for a couple of months. I will stay with Swanson Herbs because it is the best quality and the best price. You really know what you are getting and it really works.

I think this product is over priced.

I have used many brands of olive leaf extract over the years. But this one is by far the most effective of them. It helped stop my oncoming cold in its tracks. I used it along with vitamin c. It helped clear my throat within two days. I use it as it helps in keeping immune system healthy, wards off infections.
