Hi, i have a water tank in my attic and have realized i have bats, so want to sanatize tank completly. hot water only, not drinking. would this suit?

Not really, these are for purifying drinking water. Google “sanatizing a hot water tank” probably tell you to use a chloride solution

Can these be left in the water tank or do you have to flush them out before using the water to drink/ clean teeth please?

It says in the info all water for drinking, washing and cleaning fruit and veg should be treated with these tablets. So no need to flush tank, just wait 30 minutes before use
