This is great to use but the set up of it on your phone is slightly more challenging. You can get in touch with massing who do help though which is good.

This is a top of the range product but you have to spend more money every 7days having to buy a new battery sensor at around £40 it’s not worth it.

I have just purchased this product and used for the first time last night, now the product itself works great, it is very comfortable to wear, gave me and my daughter peace of mind. So this was a great start.However the App is not so good you cannot see all the information as it stops half way through a sentence, it will not except an emergency number, it just stays stuck on pending! we have tried all the solutions suggested in troubleshooting an none have been successful, so I tried to contact number for UK given, well that was just a waste of time the guy did not really understand the question and we kept getting cut off, that was the last I heard from him.Then my other issue is that it will not let me open the App on my Samsung galaxy S22, it just keeps crashing? The response from the customer service was I phones work better we have trouble with Samsung, now this is not stipulated, it says it is compatible with I phone and Android, so I have had to download it on my old Samsung!! "go figure which it opens fine" but will not except or send emergency contact, in the event my Sat's go so low and I don't hear the alarm.I am disappointed as the product itself is great, and as said does not disturb you in any way, comfortable, easy to use, so I have now tried to email the company but if I do not have any joy I will be returning this which is a shame, but it was a lot of money, and having to purchase new finger pads after every 96 hours at £23.00 a shot, I would like the App to work, and to be able to put on my new phone, then I would love it and have given 5 stars and would not mind having to purchase the finger pads once the whole thing worked as it should

This is an excellent product and very accurate when reading pulse and blood oxygen. The app is really easy to use too

Liked that it shows your oxygen levels live, and was easy to set up with the app

Absolutely love how accurate it is. If I could criticise anything it would be for the plaster part to be redesigned to a reusable option. Other than that AMAZING
