GermGuardian AC225W Pluggable Air Purifier. I like that this compact portable pluggable air filter comes with both a built in UV-C light and a carbon filter layer to help reduce germs and odors. It gives me more peace of mind to use for extra protection when traveling and sleeping outside of my house during this pandemic and also during fire seasons. It comes in a relatively compact size and is lightweight compared to the typical standing air purifier. It doesn’t take up too much room in my suitcase. I actually have a GermGuardian pluggable air purifier that I have been using when traveling but it only has a UV-C light and no carbon filter - I wish I saw this purifier before.It’s easy to use - Just plug into a outlet and switch on. The purifier does have a fan that helps circulate the air through the filter. It also has a night light and a on/off switch on the side. The fan does make some sound which may take some getting use to. I usually wear ear plugs when staying out of my house so the sound doesn’t bother me.Per the description, the filter needs to be replaced every 3 to 4 months and the UV-C bulb every 10 to 12 months.Overall, nice travel air purifier, recommend!

I had high hopes, I have a small utility room with a cat box, auto cleaning kind, so it doesn’t smell too bad except right after the cats do their business, and this maybe helped 10-15%, but I still definitely smell everything, was hoping for a little bit better

I’ve owned 3 of these and all of them develop a little rattling sound after a few weeks. Otherwise they work exactly as described.

I got this to keep the air clean. I'm not sure how to tell how well it works. It comes with directions for when to change the filter. It is pretty large, bigger than expected. We have been sick often since we got it but I will continue to use it and hope it is doing something, at least preventing mold.

I ordered a new product and I received a used product. No shipping box, just a shipping label taped to the product box. Unacceptable

The media could not be loaded.  I was very happy at first, but recenrly the motor started making a noise that makes it impossible to sleep. Too late to return. I'm very unsatisfied with this product.

Amazing product!!! This is a combination of plug in air freshener and air purifier, and it's quiet. It does not only help to get rid of the unpleasant smell but it also Keeps fragrant smell in my bathroom ( I added a few drops of my favorite scented oil on the provided oil pad).I think I will need another one for my bedroom，too.

I like the idea of this for a small bathroom, however I'm not sure how well it's working. It doesn't seem to change the smells in the bathroom at all, although I keep the door open, so I'm not sure that it would be powerful enough to make much of a difference with the door left open. Hopefully it's helping the air quality somewhat.It was a little bigger than I was expecting. It's kind of an eye sore when you plug it in next to your sink. That's the only outlet I have in my bathroom, so I don't have a choice. If you have outlet's near the ground, that would probably look a lot better.I did try using the essential oil pad. I was a little disappointed in it. The pad is extremely tiny. I added the oil and I could smell the scent very slightly in the room, but it didn't last more than a few hours. I do like the addition of the night light.Overall, I feel it could use some improvements.
