An all-round performer with some minor issues
Got thid laptop couple of days back, it was a breeze from order to delivery. I had some concerns about the package seal (see the picture) which looked a bit tampered but the content looked intact. Setting up the laptop was a breeze, after 30-40 minutes of initial charging.Pros:Looks cool - like a premium laptop and build quality is really good for this price range.Screen - It's really good, and reasonable viewing angle.Brilliant keyboard - Smooth backlit keyboard with the right pressure and feedback.Fingerprint reader - Lightning fast and integrated with the Power button. It is actually faster than that of my Samsung phone.Trackpad gesture support - brilliant and highly responsive.Booting time - About 12 seconds as of now.RJ45 - I particularly wanted a laptop with the Ethernet port.Camera privacy shutter - Was important for me.Other features like the right number of ports at the right places.Cons:Poor battery - It lasts hardly 3 hours of basic work for me (browsing, media play, some content creation, trading) and with "Better Battery" power option, about 3 and half hours.Track pad noise - Slight tapping noise particularly on left/right clicks, need a bit getting used to.C type charging - Somehow, I don't like this. Could be a personal opinion but I am always worried about damaging this little charging port.Weight - Not exactly a heavy laptop, but not light either.Overall, happy with the product. The other options I considered were a ThinkPad (expensive), DELL 5518 (heating issue reported) and an IdeaPad with similar features. Anyway, ended up with this after considering overall features, and decided to live with the main issue of poor battery life.

Product is nice and powerful. But I received damaged packaging/laptop box
Laptop is nice but slightly bulky may be due to larger screen. I got damaged packaging box of laptop. Fingerprint scanner doesn’t work in win 11 u have to uninstall its driver and restart laptop very frequently. I would suggest to go for yoga series touch screen just with additional 2-3k if you are fine with small screen. Now a days laptop comes with soldered ram but this laptop has additional slot to upgrade ram capacity upto 40gb.

Online description of product has been misleading
I had purchased this product in comparison with similar product and 1 year onsite warranty and this product as per description 3 year onsite warranty. Today I realized after almost 7 to 8 days followups and calls with amazon customer service that this is NOT lenovo warranty this is onsite go warranty. This has completely mislead me thinking that online purchase experience is still so naive after all AI, Big Data technologies advancement. I feel I am in 1998.

Customer support don't want to support
I had 3 year on site warranty on laptop. The touchpad was not very responsive from the start but I thought it is by design. After 3 months of usage, touch pad started behaving wierd. It clicks any where it wants, mouse pointer started vibrating, not responding to touch pad etc.I contacted customer care telling the issue and they said please update latest driver. I'm from IT and I know these kind of basics. I called them 4 times and each time they took control of my laptop, installed drivers, updated bios but of no use. 2 months were gone in this. Finally they said engineer will visit my house which he did after 7 days. My bad luck, laptop got a very small scratch but away from touch pad just 2 days before engineer visit. The engineer/customer care refused to replace the faulty touchpad hardware telling me that whole touchpad + keyboard + body is one unit and because it has scratch, we can't replace it.I escalated to their support but they didn't bother to reply to the email. Now I have to use an external mouse to use my laptop. This is a pattern nowdays, create bad quality product, keep the price down, sell and don't give support.Few more points:- Sound quality is bad- If you connect an external monitor (I have 32 inch), it takes forever to boot. Disconnect monitor and it boots fast- Copy/Paste randomy stops working (Don't know if it is laptop or Windows 11), you have to restart to fix

Very poorly build. Complete waste of money
I bought this in oct 2021. Exactly after one year the hinge, connectors to screen and the frame part attached to botton near the fold broke while opening the laptop. No drop, not hit, no accidental damage. It happened by it self.I have raised the issue with Lenovo care. They said warranty won't apply as it is physical damage. So here is the thing. You use it with care. Still it broke by itself near the fold. And they say warranty not applicable. Then what is the point of warranty and brand value.Worst part is, to take it to Lenovo service, I tried to fold it. And the same sound, and the plastic parts and screws started breaking out and started to fall down like powder. Tjis came as a shock to me. I really felt cheated. The Lenovo service guy told that this happened with many laptops of this model and it is a flop model. He told me this happens due to no gap between upper part and lower part near the fold. Which creates more tightness while folding over the period of time.Summary.1. Don't waste your hard earned money on this worthless laptop.2. Don't trust warranty provided by Lenovo. There is no option for 0 start. So gave 1 star.

Don't buy this product and any Lenovo product
Within 2 years after buying, Panel and screen got misaligned (without any damage) and that led to LCD damage. For that i contacted customer care and they told it will not be covered in normal warranty and need ADP warranty for that. Now I need to pay for LCD.Experienced pathetic service.
