I have been using this Wahl razor for 6 months. It is the third Wahl razor I have owned and by far the best. It is probably the best razor I have ever owned. It is quiet and easy to handle, giving a very smooth shave. The trimmer is built-in as a middle set of blades that are always working and not pop up, as I have been used to, but this works perfectly well as a trimmer. On full charge the battery lasts long enough for me to have forgotten when I last charged it. It is good value for a quality razor. I have never tried one of the expensive big names, that cost three times the price, but I can't believe that they can do much better.

This is a very good electric shaver, not as good as a normal wet razor, which is to be expected, however it still does a good job when you’re in a hurry. The battery life is very good, it’s easy to clean either by using the brush or running under hot water, and importantly I’ve not had it nip my skin or make it sore……for me it’s a great purchase for its price

For £28 this is a very good electric shaver. Less than half the price of my Braun series 3 and just as good, if not better!. Shaves quite close and quickly. I have taken it on a 7 day holiday and the charge lasted all 7 days and still had 1 bar left. It also recharges quickly. It seems solidly built, and I don't see why it shouldn't last me a good few years. Only gave it 4 stars as it does not have a side trimmer, but that is my fault for assuming and not reading the description properly.. Not a problem though as I have a set of Wahl trimmers anyway.

I shave my head with a razor and have done for years but have always looked out for other options like a foil shaver etc, years ago i purchased the pitball gold skull shaver which was one of the first of its kind and tbh not cheap, it was a disappointment and took forever to get a close bald like shave, I took a punt on this as it suggests it can be used on the chrome dome and i have to admit it was a lot better and quicker than the pitball, only used it a few times so far including on my face and so far so good. I am not someone who has used many electric shavers in my life so cannot talk from experience to be fair but i am happy with this shaver.

First of all I would like to say that the battery life is excellent on this shaver 👍. As as for the shaving it does a ok job but far from perfect because I need to go back over my face a lot of times to try and get it smooth and even then you still find some small rough parts where the shaver misses to get a close shave. It's not awful and it does the job ok but not brilliantly so just be prepared to keep going over the same area a few times for a acceptable smoothness and sometimes I just go over quickly the small parts where it's missed with a dry disposable razor.

Cuts better than the last version - causes less abrasion and is smarter and lighter. Nice bag too. Shame the last one didn’t last but I think it’s because I didn’t use the cover or bag in my wash BA when travelling

I REALLY like this shaver, Great to hold and use , glides beautifully , easy to use , If it shaved closer It would be perfect! ( hence why I gave it 4 stars ) , I definitely would recommend....
