Very lightweight wood, but the instructions were clear and it assembled well. Seems to be fairly sturdy once assembled. It’s very pretty!

Great purchase! The potting bench was easy to put together. Directions were clear and every part was labeled. Took me about 90 minutes with no help—and that included a potty break and letting the dog in & out. It is sturdy, easy to move, and versatile. I do wish I had put a coat of polyurethane on it before I started using it, but that will be a good fall project. The bench has worked beautifully as a potting bench, an extra outdoor station for cooking and entertaining, and even a place to give the dog a quick trim. Holding up very well after months of use.

I would give this five stars as it was easy to assemble. I think it looks sturdy. It is a perfect fit for what I needed. But the metal did come dented in the front. And there were NO hooks. I tried to get a replacement for just the hooks, but it seems as though I’d have to replace the whole piece which I don’t want to do. I will have to find and buy my own hooks for my garden tools. Otherwise I feel it’s a good value for the money after shopping around and looking at other alternatives. I am happy with this one. Just wish it came with the hooks.!

Got this for my daughter and son-in-law. Good size and quality for the price. Simple to put together but takes awhile to do so.

My husband, a wood worker in his spare time, put it together. He glued as well as screwed the parts together and added leveling feet that will also keep it from sitting in water when it rains. He said that it is well-designed, everything was square, no missing parts, the drill holes were where they should be and the instructions were clear. He knows and buys lots of wood and said the wood is soft, will shrink and expand with moisture, but it was a very fair price for what I got. It looks good and is large enough to fit my needs. The unit is extremely stable. The shelving, potting surface, and storage areas are well thought out. The door is a real bonus for keeping things looking neat. It's light enough so that I can move if needed. I bought a cover for rainy days and the winter.

Hubby and I put this together, and it was fairly simple. Each piece has a numbered sticker on it, the drawings were fairly clear, and the drill holes actually lined up. It fits perfectly inside my 6x4 gardening shed (but without the tool hooks), is pretty sturdy and very easy cleanup with the metal top. So overall I'm very happy with this little garden workstation.

Was ok to put together. Had a small dent in the top, a small piece of wood was damaged and the drawer handle was pretty cheap and didn 't have holes drilled in it. Good thing we had an extra drawer pull and used that. Seems pretty sturdy and looks good on the patio.

This potting bench looks beautiful when delivered and all pieces are numbered or lettered in order to put it together per the instructions. One board was a little difficult to figure out its positioning. Then the problems really begin when you realize the screw holes are either minimally completed or not there at all. If not at all aligning two pieces can be a bit tricky. The muscle work for a woman is quite a challenge. Be aware that when you buy natural that's exactly what it means. There is no protective coating or sealant over the wood. Once all is said & done, it looks like the picture, is quite sturdy and will be great for storage, potting, etc.

This is a great sturdy table. The last one I bought was so lightweight it felt like honeycomb, but this one is more dense and solid. There are many pieces but the instructions are easy to follow and there are some extra screws which is great since some were faulty. The only problem was the guide-holes for the door hinges were in the wrong place, I had to redo those so the door would close, but otherwise they were all perfect. The steel table top looks nice and I love that it protects the drawer and cupboard from the rain though it is rippled now that it has been outside for a week. It's flat enough to use right now, hopefully won't get worse. The inserts for the open shelf and for the inside of the cupboard are both meant to simply set down inside the bottom and be removable. One of them had a misplaced support rail so it was wobbly and I can't imagine when I'd need to remove the bottom panels so I screwed those in to make it all more secure.

My heart sank when the box arrived with 'Made in China' printed on it but ........ it was the very best self-assembly item I have ever bought. The instructions were absolutely clear. Every item was clearly marked and most of the individual bags of screws had extras. Having checked that everything was present and correct, I laid out all of the pieces and really enjoyed putting it all together (sad, I know). For the first time, everything lined up, all the screw holes were accurate and it is the perfect potting table. Whether it would survive for long outside is another matter. Luckily, mine will be under cover and it looks brilliant.

Really sturdy potting bench. Very easy to put together, with all holes matching for screws. Instructions clear and easily understood. Enjoyed fitting it all together and, as mentioned by other reviewers, the wood smells so nice! Just be aware that you can save £10 or so by searching for exactly the same product amongst different Amazon sellers, as its price varies. Although it can be used outside, I will prolong its life span by keeping it in a dry greenhouse. Only lost a star as the cupboard does not have any shelves - would have liked an adjustable shelf to store different sized pots and trays. All in all, worth the money and the perfect size for a small greenhouse.

I was so pleased with the quality and sturdiness of this table. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow, and assembled without any of the usual fuss. I would recommend this table to anyone.
