Easy understanding at biology.

I like having the physical book so I can read along. This was perfect and price was very reasonable.

Good read. I read it for pleasure alone. The concepts help in relating all physical sciences. That helps. I like the concept series. They are also available for physics, chemistry, integrated science and physical sciences. Of course, there are overlaps among these. A word of caution... However, this is a conceptual biology book and true to its name. The sometimes, things in the nature of information mag seem insufficient if you are studying a particular topic. I was looking for Golgi bodies and some of the "information" was missing. I combine the book with the ebook on anatomy and physiology from openstax (download pdf from their website. It is legitimately free). Another word of caution... This is a concept book. It is not intended to be suitable for any class or standard. Use this is a reference book. A 12 year old has found one paragraph useful for "understanding" something but he needed only 2 sentences of information from that paragraph for his work. The rest of the chapter was way beyond his need and understanding. Enjoy this book.
