Will this work with any skateboard

It should, has a universal bolt pattern with different mounting points.

Will this work on a longboard?

They were to small for a regular 8.125 board.. seems like they're more for a little youth board

Not sure exact measurements but I know they fit my sons skateboard he got from the Vans store.
