I like it. I mostly use it on my back and I do think it works better than a smooth ball.

First, I’m going to say that using this can be painful and it does leave bruises on me. However, I am in control of the amount of pressure I use and it has worked great for releasing tight muscle fascia and tense and knotted up muscles. I use it 2 to 4 times per week And as each area is worked, the discomfort becomes less and less. I highly recommend!

I find no reason to give this any less than the 5 stars it deserves. I've had it for 2 days now and have been able to use it to stretch out the tightness in my chest and it's made a world of difference already. Simple, effective, affordable. 5/5 would recommend
