Good, but difficult to recommend at the price
The cookies themselves are very pleasant and nice. They are about what you'd expect from a regular chocolate chip/ginger/double chocolate cookie. Out of the three the ginger one is probably not as good as you'd hope but it's nice nonetheless, with the double chocolate being the best. In terms of comparing to a supermarket brand gluten/dairy free cookie, they are healthier in terms of having less fat and carbohydrates. The cookies are quite crumbly, but not too dry that it dries out your mouth. In terms of quality, these definitely beat similar supermarket branded "free from" products. However, there is an argument to be had for the value of these cookies. The initiative of planting trees and all that is good to support, however such initiatives often support the world at the cost of your wallet, and unfortunately this is most definitely the case here. If you were to work out the cost of a cookie from a supermarket branded product, it would come out to roughly 19p or so (given a typical pack costing £1.50 and having 8 cookies within). These cookies are £12.75 for 24 in total (8 per box and you get 3 boxes), meaning each cookie is roughly 53p each, 2.8 times the price! 53p for a cookie that is just over 2 inches in diameter is really not worth the cost by itself in my opinion, and while they are good they are not 2.8 times as good as regular supermarket cookies. In summary, while these are a superior product than one you'd find in a supermarket, it is difficult to justify the extreme cost of a smaller, thinner cookie that tastes slightly better.

Great product
My grandson can’t eat lots of food. These are only biscuits he can. He calls them Bibi and he loves eating them. Thanks for making such products for children and adults who can’t eat everything
