A very decent upgrade for an existing spinner or a good start to a new one.
I purchased this ball bearing as well as a slew of others, including the VXB 608 all black ceramic 8-pack, and this one by far is the best spinning so far. Mind you, I have yet to finish milling out my spinner, so I was spinning these bearings under no load. I was only able to get 6 seconds of spin out of the other bearings at best, but this bearing was capable of reaching a 30 second spin with no added weight and only my fingers spinning it. It blew me away just how freely it spun out of the box. This was also the only bearing that did not need any sort of cleaning to remove grease or grit, which makes it perfect for the at home enthusiast. The quality control of this company is probably just as questionable as the other reviews imply, but i took the dive and was repayed handsomely with the smoothest bearing i have ever laid my fingers on. If you are worried about getting a lemon, I believe this same bearing is under a different listing for about $10 and is shipped and sold by amazon, who will be much more responsive than most vendors and much more willing to do an exchange or refund. Shipping was expedient. I ordered it on Thursday and received it that Saturday.

Incredible spin times and very stable!
This bearing is incredible! I am using it in a 3-D fidget spinner with three steel bearings on the outside as weight and this in the center. The spin time is almost unreal: about 1 minute and 45 seconds. The sole, very minor issue is the noise it makes which is expected for a ceramic bearing. For such a low price there isn't a reason not to get it.

Advertised as an 8 bearing unit - but was only 7
Judging by a few of the other reviews plus my experience, it seems it is a bit of a gamble what exact bearing you will get. Somebody else said they got a 6 bearing unit (instead of the 8 bearing unit shown). I got a 7 bearing unit. Better than 6, I guess, but not as good as the 8 bearing unit they show in the photos. So just be aware that you are paying a premium for an 8 bearing unit...but you may or may not receive that.Still, for my needs (I am NOT building a fidget spinner), the 7 bearing ceramic unit that came will suffice. It performs slightly better (11 second spin time compared to 8 second spin time) than another ceramic model I got to compare to it: TRB RC 8x22x7mm 608 Open Ball Bearing Hybrid Ceramic. But the 2RB brand is a few dollars cheaper so I guess on a "spin per dollar" basis, they are about equal. If I WAS building a fidget spinner I would probably give this 2 or 3 star. But for my needs where I don't need it to spin for 60+ seconds...so it is sufficient. Still, be aware that you may end up with a 6, 7, or an 8 bearing unit, possibly at random and your satisfaction may also vary depending on which one they send you.

Wonderful upgrade.
The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful upgrade for any fidget spinner or other device running on a standard factory bearing.Great packaging, great product. If you're replacing a fidget spinner bearing, as most here are, this is a great choice for it. In my testing, the item was found to have a constant spin time for 1 minute and 44 seconds, before coming to a slow stop.

but even if they had been in the box when I received my order I would have been just as disappointed. Sad to say I ordered an ad
DONT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY "VXB" !!!Placed nearly $1000 worth of orders over the course of the week and all of them were wrong. Either I receive half of a wrong order or half the bearings are over greased and un-usable. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and when they do respond they don't help.Same boat as other reviewers. I ordered (x)300 of these and I only received (x)290, (x)50 of which were a completely different sealed bearing and about 50-100 are so over greased that they can barley even move. I even tried to strip the over-greased bearings (like I do with all of my bearings) but it appears to not even be lubricant at all as the bearings are now tacky and sticky. VXB has said they've sent out the missing (x)60, but even if they had been in the box when I received my order I would have been just as disappointed. Sad to say I ordered an additional (x)300 before these even arrived because I just assumed that VXB would provide the same quality bearings as the hundreds and thousands I've bought from them in the past. If like me you think these bearings would be a great time saver opposed to removing the shields individually by hand, you'd be sorely mistaken. I'd rather spend an hour de-shielding my own. Very disappointed, I will be researching new manufactures if this isn't corrected.

Average.
Great bearing, spins about 7 seconds fresh out the box. but there is some false advertisement going on, the bearing balls are actually black and look more like metal than ceramic. but im not a metal and ceramic specialist so i dont know if this is jsut black ceramic or if this is actually ceramic. personally i am going to use this for a fidget spinner and wanted a cheap option for bearing, but the spin time is slower compared to Bones Reds. those are definetly some of the most stable bearings ive used. 15 seconds spin time. If your looking for a bearing to stick in a fidget spinner than go with these for one spinner or go with the bones reds for multiple, because thats a better buy than these. Overall the bearings are somewhat fast, with an average spin time of 6 to 7 seconds.

Cheaper than the full ceramic upgrade on spinner sights.
Tried one, liked the sound, the feel of the slight *hiss* of the balls rolling around the track. Little to no sideways wobble which is a deal maker/breaker for me. Upgrading all my 608 spinners to this particular model. The do require a little break-in time. You'll like it when you first use it. You'll love it the more it gets used. Most spinner sights charge $30.00 to upgrade to full ceramic. I'll buy the basic, as is model and still upgrade for less money using this. *win* *win* in this case. I use a lightweight epoxy, rubber mallet and a small bamboo cutting board to install mine. Gentle taps until you can hear the sound that it's flush with the backside of the spinner.
