If you have belly issues, this product is for you!! I’m about 3 weeks in and I’m really starting to see the benefits. Keeps me super regular and my gut is happy. I take one in the morning and one before bed. I’m also taking a few other supplements ( I’ve had belly issues since I can remember) particularly for my gut but this supplement really put the icing on the cake. I like this a lot. I was using a chlorophyll gummy to help with body oder and I thought it worked decently well until it was out of stock and I got this one! I was worried because I can sometimes have issues with absorption so I stick to liquids or chewables but this has worked so so well I won’t be switching back! I saw some reviews about the packaging or taste but I already knew chlorophyll is a super fine powder like charcoal and can get messy, I also don’t think about taste of a capsule or something that is good for me, if you do taste it it will last a second or two for a days worth of health benefits. I also only take one capsule in the AM, nothing else needed for me- I eat pretty cleanly and have good hygiene. I’m really glad I took a chance on this because it exceeded my expectations. I love the NOW brand, most of it is vegan and gluten free and I trust the quality and ingredients.
