anyone know where i can purchase a matching bread knife for this set ?

There's a bread knife included but it's not serrated

Is this demascus or does it just have a demascus print on them?

So I have owned the knife set for some time. My opinion was that of print. The reason is because each knife has the same wave lines, and certain circular indentations. Saying this, they are still super sharp, and the print, has not come off at all. That includes putting into the dishwasher! So very conflicted here. What I will conclude is that the set are really sharp, to this day, and the sharpest set of knives I have ever owned, and without fading on the blades. My honest opinion, excellent buy!

Are these knifes to professional kitchen standard or just home cooking ??

They are very good knives, but the price should tell you these aren't some £300+ high end chef knives.

How come on one of the reviews it's says it's Japanese steel and then on the image it says German?

You need to ask the sellers. Saying this, I have owned these knives for months, and they are solid and stay super sharp!
