I purchased many different brands of Hatch chilis - these are good. In my opinion any roasted Hatch chili is awesome. Comes in a very nice pourable plastic container. They are seasonal and can be hard to find now - so get em while you can! I love to use them in the pressure cooker OR crockpot with a nice pork butt. But they go in/with just about everything. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

The chile is good not enough flavor in mixing with food. Fresh green chile from Hatch is still the best.

I was pretty disappointed with the lack of flavor. I lived in NM for 6 years and I love green chile. Ever since we moved away from NM, I have been ordering green and red chile. I decided to try a new brand because the price was good. It had good heat but the taste was pretty bland. I won't be ordering this brand again.

We love this stuff. I use it in everything Mexican food-wise. Nice taste and a mild kick.

Fantastic flavor!

Bland, little taste, hardly any flavor. This is barely even a mild chili sauce, certainly not "medium" spice level. Gave one to my DIL (she doesn't like spicy anything), threw one away after opening to try, keeping the third one in the unlikely case that I can figure out some use for it.

I purchased one of these and fell in love. So I ordered five more! Well every single one of the five in the second order was bitter and tasted horrible! I wonder if it was stored in a hot place or something. The expiration is labeled good through 7/2022.
