My daughter used these when she was having a sore elbow in gymnastics. It was perfect for her to slide on and gave just enough compression to help ease her pain. She has skinny arms so they worked wonders

I am a small, very slender older woman and these are nice and tight on my elbow (Medium child size). Regular adult small (and child large) were too loose.

My daughter use these elbow braces for a very short time. I know they are compression bands, but they tend to be a little too tight. I bought two different sizes for my daughter, but they were both too tight and in addition to that the material was so thick and itchy. We ended up using something else.

Bought these for my grandkid. He does jiu Jitsu. They do the job.

I got these for my two year old who has hypermobility joint syndrome and every month or two pulls or sprains her elbow while playing. When she's hurt, she likes having an ace bandage wrap to stabilize her elbow. I thought these might be easier to use but unfortunately they are too small and tight, even on her tiny 2yo arm. She is average for height and weight. A size bigger will probably work better for her. They seem well made and comfortable if they were the right size.

My son did something to his elbow while lifting weights in gym call. Not sure if he pulled something or pinched something but he had pain shooting from his elbow to his wrist. This seemed to help ease the pain. He also said it’s “drip” for on the court… if you know what that is… haha. 14 year old and purchased a large. Fits perfect and provides the needed compression. I was also surprised to find this is actually a 4 pc set and not 2 pc. You get 2 black and 2 blue!
