tried these calm and mood gummies for my kids, and honestly, I was pretty impressed. They’ve got this nice blend of ingredients that are supposed to help with relaxation, and my kids seem to really enjoy them. Great for my 6 year old
My child is VERY active. Figedty and can be easily distracted, it started to effect her in school so instead of running to the doctor I wanted to see if I could help her at home. She takes one of these in the morning, and does not get groggy but in her words "my brain isn't so busy". We've also added fish oil and probiotics, and in 2 months her teachers have given her compliments. I'm very happy to avoid meds for my brilliant baby.

Easy to take, not sure how effective
