Usually, as my hair grows out, it tends to shed at a noticeably faster rate. I know this because of the amount of hair left behind when I bathe, after the tub drains. What I am experiencing with pygeum is that my hair is growing out faster and there seem to be less shedding. I like both results, as I have been hoping to grow my hair out for years but, I had not enjoyed the past increase in hair loss.

in my opinion, this is a supplement every man should be taking. i'm not even sure if i can say why because everyone's so concerned about being christian, but children should not be on a site like amazon.

Solid and Cheap Enough
For the young people using it for its "secondary purposes", it works for that. I take 1 2X a day, shortly before eating breakfast + dinner. DON'T TAKE 2 AT ONCE , the headache is wicked.

Apparently Depletes Testosterone
I don’t know the effectiveness of this supplement because upon receiving it I took only one dose. I should have done more research before ordering it because apparently it depletes testosterone. Would not recommend this supplement based on that alone. But if you’re okay with that concern, the supplement may be helpful.
